Fascinated with the construction of buildings from a young age, Alec Palladino began to explore his interest in Real Estate as a high school student. He began as an intern for APM Real Estate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for two years. With APM he worked on both internal and external operations of the firm, learning everything, including: how building foundation is established and how to conduct maintenance for tenants, to learning about corporate responsibility and roles held within a small business.

Palladino eventually proved that with his developed understanding of the firm, he was worthy of the assistant position to the property manager, a position he would like to hold himself one day. “I continue to be motivated by the idea of running a real estate management company, where I can establish myself as a major property owner in a major city,” says Palladino.

In the meantime, he is working on building the skills he needs to get there. And when he’s not hard at work, he’s playing soccer, traveling, and reading philosophy. Alec Palladino is also a Marketing major, Philosophy minor and rising senior at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida
